Roberts Construction is a general contractor and consulting company based in Summit County, Colorado. We specialize in remodeling services, commercial and residential new construction, and commercial finish projects in Summit County. Our projects range from general bathroom or kitchen remodels, to ground-up residential builds to large-scale commercial projects like a Main Street fitness center, veterinary clinic, or restaurant.

We are here to cater to each client’s individual needs with our full attention and all of our skills. By being involved early on in the design and planning process, we can help you make decisions that will save time and money – two things that are very important with any project. From design to build-out, our team will be by your side.

How can we be qualified in both residential construction and commercial construction? Owner Corey Roberts was a project superintendent for two great commercial general contractors in Denver prior to starting Roberts Construction in 2017. He was able to learn the process and become very knowledgeable with crucial components of the building process – including permitting, site utilities, storm water infrastructure, etc. – and in general, building great properties.

While a different animal with unique opportunities and challenges, residential construction has a lot of the same guiding principles as commercial construction:
