Roberts Construction is a general contractor and home remodeling company based in Summit County, Colorado. We specialize in home renovations, commercial and residential new construction, and commercial finish projects in Silverthorne, Frisco and Breckenridge, Colorado. Our projects range from bathroom remodeling or kitchen renovations, to ground-up custom home builds to large-scale commercial projects like a Main Street fitness center, veterinary clinic, or restaurants.

By being involved early on in the design and planning process, we can help you make decisions that will save time and money – two things that are very important with any home remodeling or custom home build. From design to build-out, our team will be by your side every step of the way.

How can we be qualified as a general contractor for both residential construction and commercial projects? Owner Corey Roberts was a project superintendent for two great commercial general contractors in Denver prior to starting Roberts Construction in 2017. He was able to learn the process and become very knowledgeable with crucial components of the home building process – including permitting, site utilities, storm water infrastructure, etc. – and in general, building great properties.

While a different animal with unique opportunities and challenges, residential construction has a lot of the same guiding principles as commercial construction:
